John is an experienced financial executive with a proven record of success in commercial banking, land acquisition, project development, hotel development, and real estate syndication. In addition to being a managing partner at Ferguson Hotel Development. John has served as President or Chairman of numerous community and financial-based organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, The Economic Development Council, the Finance and Infrastructure Board for the state of Missouri, and the Missouri Real Estate Board. John has and continues to work with communities to build businesses and create jobs. John's current focus is the company's burgeoning hotel development division. John is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife, Judy, their three children, and their children's growing families.

As one of the original founders of Ferguson Hotel Development, Jeff serves as Chief Operating Officer and oversees the firm’s daily operations and development. He is responsible for evaluating growth opportunities for the firm and leads project coordination from acquisition, construction, and opening of each property. He has orchestrated Ferguson Hotel Developments’ growth of 8 properties in the last 6 years. Additionally, Jeff oversees the firm’s asset management department working with the hotel management on bottom line improvement and brand-required renovations of the properties. Jeff began his career in retail brokerage and development for an affiliate firm, Ferguson Properties in Kansas City, MO. He earned a B.S. degree in Agriculture Business from Northwest Missouri State University. Jeff is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time on his cattle ranches in Missouri.

Jay graduated from The University Of Kansas, majoring in Business Communications. After college, he went to work for the Eli Lilly & Company Pharmaceutical Company and lived in Springfield, MO for three years. He made the switch to Ferguson Properties in 2005 and is now the Executive Vice President, overseeing the broker staff. He specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation, retail brokerage, and retail development. In his free time, Jay likes to spend time with his wife, Rebecca, and their three daughters, or out on his farm, where he raises Angus cattle.

Michael Reilly, graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance in 1998. After graduation he joined KPMG working in the tax department for three years focusing on individual and estate taxes. In 2001 we founded MJR Financial focusing on high net worth individuals and small business owners. He assisted his clients with asset management, estate planning, business benefit planning. In 2007 he joined Ferguson Hotel Development where he worked to develop new properties. In 2011 Michael moved home to Wichita, KS to be the President of Grand Mesa Operating Company his families oil and gas exploration company.
